The SUNIMELT - MCS's product brand name - is, with no solvent at all, using 100% thermoplastic resin, applied to the substrate at high temperature, then pressed to complete bonding, which sets in a second.
It is very much special that our HMA is highly appreciated by car industry as they are happy with our consistent quality of head and rear lamp adhesives, as they are maintaining flexible bonding strength for years after years through very hot and very cold weather.
Our new product group includes, among others, coated voice coil for speaker, showing excellent sound effect, and world first convenient and detachable pipe covers for plumbing, to say the least.
